Prenatal Yoga Classes in Logan, Utah
Pregnancy brings a lot of change, and prenatal yoga can be a meaningful way to slow down, move intentionally, and make space for yourself.
My prenatal yoga classes are created specifically with pregnancy in mind. Classes include gentle movement, stretching, breath awareness, relaxation, and opportunities to build strength and body awareness in a supportive environment.
Previous yoga experience is not required.
What to expect in a class:
Pregnancy-appropriate yoga poses and movement
Gentle stretching and mobility
Breath awareness and relaxation
Strength and stability work
Use of props for added support and comfort
Time to slow down and connect with your body during pregnancy
My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you can move at your own pace and feel supported throughout your practice.

Meet Your Prenatal Yoga Teacher
Hi! I’m Kris, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and a certified prenatal yoga instructor.
Shortly after my husband and I found out we were expecting with our first, I knew I wanted to deepen my practice and learn how to better support women through pregnancy. That led me to complete my 85-hour prenatal yoga training while navigating pregnancy and preparing for motherhood myself.
As a first-time mom and someone who is new to Cache Valley, I know how meaningful it can be to find connection and community during a big season of life. One of the things I hope to create through prenatal yoga is a welcoming space where expecting mothers can move, breathe, slow down, and connect with other women going through a similar chapter.
I hope to see you on the mat!
